Job summary

Opus Packaging - New Bremen is seeking 1st and 2nd shift assembly associates to join our New Bremen team. You will assemble corrugate components and products, following specifications and blueprints, in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior assembly experience, and the ability to read schematics. We value attention to detail, good communication, teamwork, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various components and products per specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues during assembly.
• Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
