• Handle heavy lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Perform glue assembly, bagger operation, and foam dispensing.
• Shooting foam into molds, tucking and trimming, lining molds with film, and de-molding products.
• Placing finished products in bins for secondary processing and maintaining mold cleanliness for quality assurance.
• Identifying and rectifying discrepancies or defects in the assembly process.
• Documenting assembly processes, test results, and quality issues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including practicing 6S principles.
• Recording production data daily and assisting in the training of less qualified employees.
