Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
2 to 5 years of experience performing complex and advanced assembly.
Ability to read schematics/blueprints and learn new skills.
Basic math including fractions and unit conversions (inches to mm).
Use meters, gauges, hydraulic pumps, and hand/power tools.
Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for hours.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and drawings.
Study instructions and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Perform pre-assembly activities and inspect parts for accuracy.
Calibrate and adjust components with testing instruments.
Document actions on production and quality forms.
Maintain safe, clean work area and inventory levels.
