Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions is seeking an Assembler in Osseo, WI to turn blueprints into finished systems. You will read schematics, assemble standard and custom products, and ensure quality while working with a team on the shop floor.

You will operate shop equipment, use power tools, and assist with piping and basic welding as needed. A HS diploma and 2–4 years of manufacturing experience are expected in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Blueprints and schematics reading and interpretation.
• Assemble standard and custom products with quality focus.
• Operate cranes and mobile equipment safely.
• Provide electrical wiring for standard products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit components per blueprints.
• Read and interpret drawings to meet specs.
• Safely operate shop equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
• Use drills, saws, nail guns and related tools.
• Support custom builds, including piping and basic welding.
