Job summary

Mark Anderson Companies is seeking a detail-oriented production worker to perform packaging, inspection, and assembly duties on a rotating shift in our Wisconsin facility.

You will operate multiple pieces of equipment, maintain accurate reports, and collaborate with team members to meet quality standards while following safety policies. Prior assembly experience and basic math skills are preferred to ensure efficient production and accurate part counts.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and decimals.
  • Ability to complete accurate reports.
  • Minimum one year of assembly experience preferred.
  • Experience with secondary equipment operation (scales, tape machine).
  • Mechanical aptitude required.
  • Willing to cross-train in multiple areas.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of plastics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and package products to meet quality standards.
  • Set and use scales for accurate part counts.
  • Operate equipment such as pad printer, stamper, capper, welder, sealer, and sleeve machine.
  • Visually and mechanically inspect parts.
  • Package and label finished goods.
  • Complete paperwork documenting good/ scrap parts and time per job.
  • Clean workstation at end of shift.
  • Follow safety policies and help keep teammates safe.
  • Follow policies supporting the quality system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
