Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months’ work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow verbal and written instructions and techniques.
• Basic mathematical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic machining operations using assigned machine tools.
• Inspect parts using basic measuring tools and obtain first piece inspection approval.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports; maintain quality standards and safe, orderly work area.
• Observe safety rules and wear PPE; participate as a team member; training of others is possible.
