Job summary

The role follows a fixed weekend schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Training starts on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) for about 2–4 weeks, then transitions to the regular weekend night shift after training.

Qualifications

• HS/ GED required.
• 6 months in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic machining operations using assigned tools.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools and document results.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Read blueprints and follow procedures to assemble products.
• Maintain inventory at workstations and perform quality checks.
• Support training and assist peers as needed.
