Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills are needed.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments with accuracy.
• Perform visual and functional inspections for quality.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Record production data and report issues or deviations.
• Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
