Job summary

You will follow work instructions, use basic measuring tools, and maintain an organized, safe workspace while contributing to continuous improvement and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or products per instructions.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
• Perform visual and functional inspections for quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Record production data and report issues.
• Support team goals and participate in improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
