Job summary

ITT is seeking motivated Assembly Operators for contingent positions to produce high-precision, safety-critical components used across aerospace, medical devices, and energy sectors. Excellent hands-on skills with reading diagrams and performing precise assembly are essential.

These roles offer exposure to a variety of parts, tools, and quality checks, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
• Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
