Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing and warehouse operations team in Utica, NY. You will contribute to precise assembly, quality checks, and supporting daily production targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can lift up to 25 lbs, and is comfortable using basic hand tools. This is a 2nd shift role (12pm–12:30am M-Wed, 8am–noon Thu) offering competitive hourly pay and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift weights up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small products with precision and care.
• Sort, inspect, and check products for quality standards.
• Use hand tools to assist in assembly and repair tasks.
• Clean, repair, and refurbish crates and boxes for reuse.
• Support the overall production process to meet daily targets.
