Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. seeks a Precision Assembly & Laser Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.

You will disassemble, label, document, and precisely assemble small cosmetic automotive interior components, including parts for luxury and exotic vehicles. The role uses high-magnification work up to 90X, operates laser marking and etching equipment, inspects finished parts, and packages final products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with precision assembly and/or laser marking equipment is required.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• 2-year technical degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are seeking a Precision Assembly & Laser Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented manufacturing environment.

This position involves the disassembly, labeling, documentation, and precision assembly of small, intricate, delicate, highly cosmetic automotive interior components, including parts for luxury and exotic vehicles such as Ferrari and Maserati. Much of the work is performed under magnification, including microscopes up to 90X, so exceptional attention to detail and a steady hand are essential.

Additional responsibilities include operating high-tech laser marking and etching equipment, inspecting finished components, and packaging final products. The role involves a variety of duties and responsibilities beyond those listed.
