Job summary

You will disassemble, label, document, and precisely assemble small cosmetic automotive interior components, including parts for luxury and exotic vehicles. The role uses high-magnification work up to 90X, operates laser marking and etching equipment, inspects finished parts, and packages final products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with precision assembly and/or laser marking equipment is required.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• 2-year technical degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly, labeling, documentation, and precision assembly of small, intricate cosmetic automotive interior components.
• Operate high-tech laser marking and etching equipment.
• Inspect finished components and package final products.
