Job summary

HireQuest Direct is seeking an assembler to support manufacturing operations on site in Mora, MN. The role involves aligning materials, assembling components, and verifying finished parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will work with a team and individually as needed to meet production targets. The position requires basic math, measurement understanding, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to read job books.
• Understanding of measurement and tolerances.
• Basic English reading ability to understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Perform assembly operations and align materials to build units.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and report issues.
• Identify defective items and handle per procedures.
• Label containers and verify supplies per work order.
• Visually inspect parts prior to packaging and boxing.
• Operate robotics, assist on paint line and assembly line.
• Use hand tools for secondary operations as required.
• Build boxes, package and label parts for shipment to customer.
• Keep workstation clean and follow housekeeping standards.
• Follow directions and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and work on a team or independently.
