Job summary

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Assembly Technician for a full-time, direct-hire role on-site in Minnetonka, MN. You will support both assembly and warehouse operations, with a pay range of $19–$22/hour based on experience.

The role requires reading technical drawings and following procedures, lifting up to 75 pounds, and forklift certification within 90 days. Primary duties include assembling components per work instructions, handling hand tools and drill presses, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or related industrial experience.
• Experience preparing shipments and working with UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other freight services.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, technical drawings, and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, mechanical equipment, and drill presses safely and accurately.
• Perform soldering, crimping, shrink tubing, marking, and other value-added assembly functions.
• Read and follow technical/CAD drawings and detailed work instructions.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy.
• Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other freight services.
• Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming materials and inventory.
• Load and unload materials, including lifting up to 75 pounds as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep workstations, shelves, pallet areas, and shipping areas clean and organized.
• Flex between assembly, warehouse, and shipping responsibilities while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
