Job summary

ProMach in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to support our packaging automation products. You will perform mechanical and pneumatic assembly, read assembly drawings, and help guide projects from start to finish on the shop floor.

You will coordinate with engineers, monitor schedules, and maintain tool accountability while contributing to testing and potential on-site installations. The role includes a strong benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• Assemble mechanical, pneumatic and some electrical components.
• Follow customer specifications and Project Manager guidance.
• Lead multiple shop-floor projects from start to checkout.
• Read and understand Assembly Drawings.
• Collaborate with Engineers on validating Brenton equipment.
• May assist in on-site installation and testing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations.
• Lead projects on the shop floor from start date through checkout.
• Read and interpret Assembly Drawings and ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Assist in test, adjustments, and on-site installation as needed.
