You will operate a production machine, inspect parts and ensure high quality while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work overtime during peak periods, read blueprints and work instructions, and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with prior machine operation experience.
• Basic math including decimals and measurement concepts.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble components per specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect parts for defects and rework as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety policies.
• Set up machines per work instructions and learn all machines in area.
• Be willing to move to other lines to support production needs.
• Communicate results and issues to technicians and engineers.
