Job summary

Eberhard Manufacturing is seeking an Assembler for our Strongsville, OH facility. This is a 1st shift, full-time position. You will assemble products in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, documenting production, and supporting continuous improvement within a team setting.

Qualified candidates read blueprints, use measuring tools, and operate riveters as part of the manufacturing process. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and inspection equipment accurately.
• Ability to set up and operate riveters including crimp and orbital riveters.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inspection tooling and measurement techniques.
• Basic math skills for shop calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Gather and verify materials, tools, and equipment.
• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and procedures.
• Align, fit, and assemble parts to create finished products and subassemblies.
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure proper fit and function.
• Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Accurately record production quantities and maintain required documentation.
• Identify defective materials or products and follow disposition procedures.
• Adhere to all quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Work effectively within a team-based manufacturing cell environment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to achieving production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
