Job summary

Manufacturing Assembler position in Mentor, OH on the 2nd shift. This full-time, hourly role involves building complex products from schematics and work instructions, then testing and inspecting to ensure specifications are met. You’ll follow ISO processes, use small hand tools, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

A high school diploma and basic electrical/mechanical understanding are preferred. We value attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork to support production goals and quality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow work instructions to assemble products.
  • Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical wiring.
  • Comfort using small hand tools and good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

  • Review and retrieve inventory parts using schematics, drawings, or work instructions.
  • Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
  • Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met.
  • Report deficiencies to your Department Lead.
  • Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.
  • Use small hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
  • Use basic judgment to identify quality discrepancies and communicate them.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Attend required training and department meetings.
