Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team.
• Ability to understand and follow basic assembly procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Uses drawings and schematics to assemble products and operate equipment safely.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develops understanding of products and how they impact the business.
• Participates in team meetings to exchange job related information.
• Provides basic training on work instructions as needed.
