Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of complex assembly or related experience.
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Use work instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform assembly per safety standards.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Understand the products assembled and how they impact the business.
• Continuously learn processes and principles of the job as changes occur.
• Participate in team meetings to exchange job-related information.
• Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors.
• Provide basic training on work instructions as needed.
