Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking entry-level assemblers in Lincoln, IL. You will join the assembly team to build, check, and repair products. No prior experience is required; we provide three days of hands-on training with supervisors showing you the steps.

Expect to use power tools, perform quality checks, and move parts weighing up to 40 lbs. The schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with potential overtime; early starts at 5:00 AM may occur to earn extra hours.

Qualifications

• No experience required; three days of hands-on training provided.
• Must be able to stand and move around the floor for full shifts.
• Able to lift and move parts up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, check, and repair products on the Lincoln line.
• Operate power tools and inspect parts for quality.
• Move materials around the floor and support production flow.
• Attend early shifts when overtime is offered.
