Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a skilled assembler to build, repair, rework, and align mechanical and electromechanical components and subassemblies. You will follow assembly method books, blueprints, sketches, and instructions to meet critical tolerances and specifications.

Responsibilities include wiring harness and PCB assembly, calibration, testing, and maintaining logs. The role requires high attention to detail, willingness to work in a team, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent to read, write, and interpret blueprints.
• May require soldering certification and calibration procedures to ensure customer specifications.
• Requires a minimum of 6-12 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, rework, and align complex assemblies with tight tolerances.
• Identify and correct form/fit/function issues in assemblies.
• Use fixturing and measuring tools to ensure accuracy during drilling and alignment.
• Assemble electrical components, harnesses, and final assemblies.
• Perform difficult soldering in tight spaces and with temperature-sensitive components.
• Maintain logs and records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in a team environment and perform related duties as required.
