Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience working with mechanical or electrical assemblies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, bills of materials, and assembly drawings.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products as required.
• Report defects, material shortages, or process issues to supervision.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and 6S standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
