Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and IPC/J-STD/IPC-610 certifications preferred.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and knowledge of inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic assemblies including wiring, hand soldering, component placement and mechanical assembly.
• Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and audits.
• Recommend product and process improvements.
• Perform potting/encapsulation and applying protective coatings.
