Parallel Employment Group is seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Racine, Wisconsin. You will assemble hand tools and parts, following schematics and instructions to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include inspections, tool usage, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts with a temp-to-hire pathway and a wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
