Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembler I to perform light assembly and packaging while maintaining quality and efficiency at our Milwaukee, WI facility. The role supports production by rotating tasks and following instructions from leads or supervisors.

You will contribute to a clean, safe workspace and learn new tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will have HS diploma or GED and prior production or assembly experience, with strong manual dexterity, coordination, and basic English skills to

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and good coordination are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills to access/print documents and labels.

Responsabilités

• Light assembly and packaging of product.
• General warehouse duties: stacking, moving, arranging product.
• Maintains productivity and completes tasks as scheduled.
• Builds assemblies to quality standards and specifications.
• Follow procedures and work instructions as provided by leads or supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and return tools to designated spots.
• Rotate tasks and work stations as needed.
• Possibly operate minor machinery or equipment to aid production.
• Adhere to safety standards including PPE and OSHA guidelines.
