Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembler I to perform light assembly and packaging, following work orders and quality standards in a fast-paced production setting in the Milwaukee area. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and supports rotating shifts and ongoing safety practices.

You will participate in rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, weekend) and contribute to efficient production while learning new tasks and maintaining a clean workspace. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic English reading/writing skills.
• Prior production/assembly experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Light assembly and packaging of product.
• General warehouse duties: stacking, moving, organizing product.
• Maintains expected productivity output and completes assignments as scheduled.
• Builds assemblies to quality standards and work order specifications.
• Follows procedures including when modified by a Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment and rotates tasks.
• Possibly operating minor machinery or equipment to aid production.
• Adheres to safety standards and PPE usage.
