Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing.

• Ability to use inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to use hand, power, and hydraulic machinery.
• Walk and stand for entire shift.
• Lift 50 pounds unassisted; 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform all manufacturing duties per policy.
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards.
• Read engineering prints and process instructions.
• General assembly of products.
• Operate hand, power tools and hydraulic/bench presses.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area; uphold safety.
• Report scrap to supervisor and complete scrap reports.
• Maintain excellent attendance and team orientation.
