Parallel Employment Group is seeking Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Racine, WI. You will assemble hand tools and parts, following schematics and quality standards to deliver reliable finished products.

This role offers practical hands-on work in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have basic assembly experience, strong manual dexterity, and good teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.

Parallel Employment is thrilled to announce openings for Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, M-F

2nd shift: 2:45 pm-12:45 am, M-TH

Pay: $16.00-18.00/HR (+$1 shift off-shift premium)
