Job summary

Mark Anderson Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a production associate to perform essential manufacturing duties and ensure each item meets company standards. You will inspect, package, and label finished goods, operate multiple machines, and document production details during an eight-hour shift.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Prior assembly experience and basic math are preferred, with training available across areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to complete accurate reports.
• Minimum of one-year assembly experience preferred.
• Knowledge of secondary equipment operation (Scales, tape machine, etc.).
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Willing to cross-train in various areas.
• Must work closely with others in a team atmosphere.
• Knowledge of plastics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package products.
• Set and use scales for part counts.
• Run equipment such as the pad printer, hot stamper, capper, sonic welder, RF sealer, and sleeve machine.
• Visually and mechanically inspect parts.
• Perform packaging and labeling to complete finished goods.
• Complete paperwork for good parts, scrap parts, and time for each job.
• Clean around workstation at the end of the shift.
• Follow safety practices and policies to help ensure coworker safety and quality.
• Follow policies that support the quality system.
• Other duties as assigned.
