Mark Anderson Companies is seeking a production-oriented individual to perform duties focused on ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing. The role includes inspection, packaging, machine operation, and accurate documentation of parts and time.

The ideal candidate has basic math skills, at least one year of assembly experience, and a willingness to cross-train across equipment while working closely with a team in a safe environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Able to complete accurate reports.
• Minimum of one-year assembly experience preferred.
• Knowledge of secondary equipment operation (scales, tape machine).
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Willing to cross-train in various areas.
• Must work closely with others in a team atmosphere.
• Knowledge of plastics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and package products to meet company standards.
• Set and use scales for part counts.
• Operate equipment (pad printer, hot stamper, capper, sonic welder, RF sealer, sleeve machine).
• Visually and mechanically inspect parts.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Complete paperwork for each job (good parts, scrap parts, time).
• Clean workstation at end of shift.
• Follow safety and quality policies; support co-workers' safety.
• Adhere to quality system policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
