Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions in Aurora, IL 60502 is seeking an Assembler to support ongoing manufacturing production. The role requires reading blueprints and measurements, assembling parts with power tools, and recording labor data in NetSuite.

OT may be required on Fridays, with a 7:00am–5:30pm shift, compensation $19 per hour. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate a pallet jack while adhering to safety guidelines and basic tablet-based work

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders based on production goals while maintaining a consistent pace.
• Keeps accurate records of production quantities and assembly duration.
• Enters accurate production information into NetSuite for labor tracking purposes.
• Takes precise measurements to ensure fit of product components.
• Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defects of parts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Uses air-powered tools, clamps, punch presses, and other equipment for assembly.
• Follows safety standards and uses provided safety gear.
