Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Electrical Assembler III in Osseo, WI to build and wire electrical panels using wiring diagrams and blueprints. You will install conduit and components and ensure assemblies meet safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality, custom equipment that powers our finishing solutions, while mentoring junior teammates and upholding strict safety practices in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related experience.
• Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of UL and NEC codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical panels according to prints and schematics.
• Own electrical installations on GFS products (heater boxes, paint kitchens, batch burn-off ovens).
• Install and route conduit systems, pull and terminate wiring.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify quality concerns and improve processes.
• Mentor less experienced assemblers and promote a culture of safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
