Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specific instructions and procedures.

• Clear communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies from samples, drawings, blueprints, and work orders to build complex machines.
• Meet routed hours while maintaining required quality and production standards.
• Fit, align, and install assembly components for complete assemblies.
• Layout, bend, and install piping or hoses; perform secondary machining as needed (drilling, reaming, tapping, grinding).
• Use basic measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Ensure the finished product is properly prepared for shipment.
• Recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in keeping the facility and equipment clean, neat, and safe.
• Operate overhead cranes with basic rigging to complete daily tasks.
• Comply with all safety policies in a drug-free workplace.
