Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Assembler in Osseo, WI to read blueprints and electrical schematics, assemble and wire standard and custom products, and maintain quality and safety on the shop floor.

You will operate cranes and hand tools to prepare components for shipment, contributing to reliable, high‑quality finishing systems across industries. The role emphasizes teamwork, craftsmanship, and adherence to documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–4 years manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to assemble custom products
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Ability to operate cranes and mobile equipment
• Ability to provide electrical wiring for standard products

Responsibilities

• Assemble standard and custom products with a focus on quality and precision
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics to complete assemblies and wiring to exact specs
• Double‑check work by verifying prints and documentation before moving forward
• Safely operate shop equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and jib cranes
• Use drills, saws, nail guns, and air‑powered tools to package and prepare products for shipment
• Support custom builds by assembling piping systems and performing basic welding as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace with team collaboration
• Take pride in workmanship and the impact on product quality and customer experience
