Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Assembler for our industrial manufacturing client. You will support precision mechanical construction, hydraulic/pneumatic plumbing, and electrical wiring of industrial actuators, reading blueprints and schematics to ensure quality.

Training through a structured matrix, with an initial first shift of 6am–2:30pm followed by a transition to a later night shift after training. Emphasis on safety and accurate measurement using precision tools.

Qualifications

• Read mechanical blueprints, schematics and customer orders.
• Maintain quality and safety throughout assembly processes.
• Own ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical components to exact specifications.
• Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and handle fluid lines.
• Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and terminate control panels.
• Operate cranes, hoists, and transport equipment safely on the production floor.
• Follow structured training matrix to progress through assembly disciplines.
