Job summary

Lone Star Paving is seeking an Asphalt Heavy Equipment Screed Operator to join the Texas paving team. You will work with the foreman to level asphalt and ensure pavements meet specifications, while maintaining safety on site.

The role requires experience with paving equipment, the ability to run a screed, and a proactive, team-focused approach to daily operations in varying Texas weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with asphalt paving operations and safety requirements.
• Ability to operate screed machines and understand paving processes.
• Must be organized with a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Screed Machine to level asphalt per specifications.
• Inspect equipment before and after use; maintain safe operations on site.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed and maintain clean work area.
