Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Chemical Lab Equipment Technician to ensure continuous operation and high-precision performance of state‑of‑the‑art analytical laboratories. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine calibrations, and first‑line troubleshooting on ICP‑MS, GC‑MS, and chromatography systems, collaborating with vendors and Facilities to minimize downtime and uphold stringent quality standards.

The role requires strong safety discipline, knowledge of OSHA guidelines, and experience

Qualifications

• OSHA and chemical safety knowledge and compliance.
• Familiarity with CMMS/LIMS or MES for maintenance and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on analytical instruments (ICP-MS, GC-MS, IC, HPLC).
• First-line troubleshooting and escalation with vendors for advanced repairs.
• Coordinate new lab startup, instrument hookups, and utility connections.
• Track consumables and spare parts using LIMS/CMMS; ensure safety and compliance.
