Job Description

TSMC Arizona is looking for a Chemical Lab Engineer/Analytical Chemist to join our 5‑nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Setup chemical analysis methodology for Fab environment and raw materials quality control.
• Incoming materials, raw materials local vendor qualification and audit.
• Assist with local vendor qualification and reporting.
• Chemical expert for Fab event prevention, root cause clarification, troubleshooting and CIP.
• Develop advanced analytic technology to fulfil the new generation requirement.

Qualifications

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• BS degree is minimum requirement.
• Major in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Analysis, or related field.
• Experience in chemical analysis instrument operation and method development like ICP‑MS, GC‑MS, IC, or related.
• Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
