Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, ammunition, or related production work preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and monitor ammunition production equipment.
• Inspect rounds and components for defects or irregularities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prime, package, and label ammunition according to procedures.
• Record production data accurately and maintain documentation.
• Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance of machines and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about progress, issues, or improvements.
• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed to maintain workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
