Job summary

Staccato Ammunition, based in Florence, Texas, seeks an Ammo Loader II to join a fast-growing team. You will set up and run Loading and Priming Machines, manage material storage for packaging, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in small warehouse operations is preferred.
• Lean/ISO 9001:2015 familiarity or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly and work long shifts.
• Routine safety practices and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate loading machines for production.
• Learn and manage material storage to support packaging and shipping.
• Adhere to quality management SOPs and production targets.
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safe and organized work area; communicate issues promptly.
