Qualifications

• Tig weld aluminum and stainless.
• Ability to weld thin materials without warping.
• Strong control over torch angle, filler metal, and heat input.
• Knowledge of shielding gases (argon, helium, mixes).
• Ability to weld in all positions (1G–6G).
• Material knowledge: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, titanium.
• Understanding material preparation, cleaning, and fit-up.
• Blueprint & welding symbol reading.
