You will work within a team to maintain product standards, operate tailor shop equipment, and assist with inventory while upholding company guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Perform standard alterations with accuracy and quality.
• Maintain an efficient pace with a target of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards with clean finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments to achieve a crisp, professional finish.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area and properly store tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform standard alterations including pant hems, waist/seat adjustments, and sleeve/collar modifications under company guidelines.
• Meet quality standards for finishes, seams, and thread removal.
• Tag and prepare completed work for pickup by customers.
• Support customer interactions during consultations and offer alteration recommendations.
• Help maintain inventory levels of tailoring supplies and request replenishment.
