Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations per guidelines (hems, waist/seat, adjustments, sleeves, seams, collar).
• Maintain ~60 minutes productive alteration per hour.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards (finishes, stitching, seams, finishing).
• Press garments for a clean finish.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; store tools properly.
• Tag, organize, and ready completed work for pickup.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishment.
