Men's Wearhouse is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to join our alterations team. The role focuses on precise garment alterations, fittings, and repairs to deliver the perfect fit for customers.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain high workmanship standards, and support both tailoring and customer-care needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, skilled in sewing and alterations, and capable of collaborating with teammates to ensure exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience performing alterations and garment fittings.
• Strong eye for detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations per guidelines (hem, waist, seams, sleeves).
• Maintain ~60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure garments have high-quality finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments for a clean, crisp finish.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; store tools properly.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment.
• Tag and organize completed work for pickup.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment.
