• Ability to operate small tools and equipment including needles, scissors, sewing machines, and presses with precision.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management to complete alterations efficiently.
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week when needed.
• Support a professional work environment and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform standard alterations (hems, waist, seat, sleeves, seams) per guidelines.
• Maintain an average of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards with clean finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments to achieve a crisp finish.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; store tools properly.
• Tag completed work and prepare for customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishment.
• Support front-of-house activities and customer consultations.
• Provide tailoring insights to improve product knowledge.
