Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to deliver high-quality craftsmanship through alterations, measurements, fittings, and garment repairs. You will ensure precision, participate in customer consultations, and maintain professional standards while supporting shop operations.

This role requires strong sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at least 20 hours per week in-store. The pay range is shown and base pay is market-based.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain an average of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Press garments for a clean finish.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Tag, organize and prepare completed work for pickup.
• Assist with inventory and replenishment as needed.
• Support front-of-house tasks and customer consultations.
• Share tailoring knowledge with team and train staff as needed.
