Spudnik Equipment Company is seeking an assembler to build agricultural equipment per engineering drawings and specifications. You will work on a production line, verify parts, and use hand and power tools to ensure precision and safety.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to maintain quality and flow of production. The job emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willing to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and configurations during assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, and measuring instruments with care and precision.
• Identify missing parts or issues and communicate them to the Line Manager or Production Control.
• Ensure hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems are properly routed and connected when applicable.
• Perform self-inspections for quality before moving products to the next stage.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Weld, Paint, Fabrication, Engineering, and Quality Control to resolve issues.
