Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willing to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and configurations during assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, and measuring instruments with care and precision.
• Identify missing parts or issues and communicate them to the Line Manager or Production Control.
• Ensure hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems are properly routed and connected when applicable.
• Perform self-inspections for quality before moving products to the next stage.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Weld, Paint, Fabrication, Engineering, and Quality Control to resolve issues.

Assemblers are responsible for building Spudnik’s agricultural equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and established procedures. They play a critical role in ensuring the fit, function, and quality of finished machines.
